Due to a very recent Ministry requirement, we are not able to mail diplomas to students.  This is in an effort to safeguard the diploma and ensure a safe transfer to parents and families.

Diplomas will be available to be picked up at St. Patrick’s Catholic High School beginning

August 29 from 9 am to 2 pm.

General information for all families:

Student report cards, as well as grade 10 student Individual Student Reports from EQAO will be mailed directly to your home the week of July 10th, 2017.

Counsellors will be available by appointment on the following dates and from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM: Tuesday July 4th, and Wednesday July 5th.  Please call 519-332-3976 (Ext. 20410) for an appointment.

Please note that St. Patrick’s Catholic High School main office is closed from Monday July 10th to Friday August 18th, 2017.  The office will re-open on Monday August 21st from 8:00AM to 3:30 PM.

Director's Annual Report Release 

Director of Education Dan Parr has presented his Director's Annual Report for 2015 to the Board of Trustees.  The document, which is presented in a brand new format, clearly and simply reports on the Board's strategic priorities, goals, desired results and targets for the 2014-2015 school year.  It also identifies whether those targets were achieved or exceeded; and also indicates which goals were not met.

"In many areas we have exceeded our expectations and in other areas we have achieved our goals; however, there are some targets where we still have work to do," says Mr. Parr.  "We will focus on those areas in the coming weeks and months."

Mr. Parr pointed out to Trustees that overall, progress has been good.

Trustees are pleased with the new annual report and look forward to using it as one of many tools available to them to track the organization's progress towards achieving its strategic goals.

Section 283(3) of the education act requires the Director of Education to submit annually, to the Board of Trustees and to the Minister of Education, a report on the Board's activities.  The 2015 report of the St. Clair Catholic District School Board focuses on the three pillars of the strategic plan - living our faith; promoting educational achievement and innovation; and fostering stewardship, leadership and social justice.

The full report will now be distributed to families and parish partners.
