The Planning Services Department is responsible for the accurate and efficient collection, coordination, reporting and statistical analysis of student and demographic data required to support the calculation of Ministry of education grants and reports, which directly impacts the annual budget and teaching staff requirements, as well as the Capital Expenditure Forecast, long and short-term enrolment projections, attendance boundary reviews, and school accommodation and consolidation reviews.

The Planning Services Team is also dedicated to providing excellence in school office support including training, data-entry, database support, and internal enrolment audits.
